Got Patience?
I find that I am impatient. Many people tell me this is untrue, however those who live with me, were born to me, or even witness how I process--- totally will believe this as truth. Now I am completely patient in many respects- when trying to teach someone something, in listening to a friend in need, even when doing a puzzle or other mundane thing. I find those things fun and relatively easy to have patience for. I have little patience for lots though. Stupidity. Lies. Non-listeners. Assumption that I am not listening. Waiting on hold. Myself as a whole. Those bugs that get into my house even though I have bug guys. Not being able to fix something. Being late without notification. Being misunderstood. Yelling. Lack of empathy or sympathy. Rude drivers- although I am not always a great driver myself. Lots of things. So now what? They say that knowing you have a problem is half the battle. OK??? I have known this about myself for eons and yet the battle is still only hal...
